    For the 4:1 mux, 2× TMUX1309. For the additional five signals, you can use any 1:1 switch like the SN74CB3Q3245 or 2× TMUX1511.

    At 40 MHz, the skew is negligible. For a 4:1 multiplexer with 4 channels, the simplest solution would be 2× TMUX1309.
