Part Number: TMUX4051 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MUX508 , CD4051B , , TMUX1108 The (preliminary) datasheet so far doesn't give any plots of Ion or Ioff leakage currents vs. temperature and charge injection versus source voltage for comparisons to other…
Part Number: TMUX4051 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1308 We are currently considering designing in TMUX4051 in favour of DG4051/HC4051. So far the TMUX4051 is the only 4051 like MUX to be (soon) offered in the very interresting tiny SOT-23-THIN…
Part Number: CD4051B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX4051 Tool/software: Hello,
Is the defenition of ON leakage current of CD4051B and the the same parameter of other recent TMUX part number different?
The below is from CD4051B datasheet,
And the…
Part Number: TMUX4053 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX4051 , , SN74LV4053A Tool/software: Hello,
I would like to use the TMUX4053 as a replacement for the 74HCT4053BQ multiplexer because of its 1,8 V compatible logic. However, I can not find the…
Hi Alex
Sorry about the delay. That sounds great, I really think there will be demand for such a chip. Regarding our particular project, we are developing an analog synthesizer with 12 voices (voltage-controlled oscillators, filters and amplifiers), each…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX4053 , TMUX4052 , TMUX4051 Hi
can someone pls help me with datasheet with tolerances on the measurements for pn TMUX4051BQBRQ1? the spec i've received does not containt tolerances
thanks
regards!
In theory, the TMUX4051 should behave similar to the CD4051B. (But in theory, the CD4051B should behave the same as the NLVH4051. I do not know what is going on there.)
Hello Rayna,
If VCC is 5V the minimum high logic level will have to be 3.5V (5 x 0.7), as shown in the data sheet:
I can recommend you the TMUX4051 which is a similar device that can operate a logic level at 3.3V: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmux4051…
Part Number: TS3A5017-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX4052-Q1 , TMUX2889 , TMUX4051 , MUX36D08 Hi, I want to multiplex nos. of AC Signals. my AC Signal strength is 500mV RMS. Which IC should I use to multiplex the AC Signal.

Part Number: TMUX1574
Tool/software:
Shoot-through current occurs when CMOS inputs are somewhere between their High and Low voltages, effectively turning on both MOSFETs in the CMOS structure. In many devices, including analog multiplexers, this creates…
