Hi Eli,
No we don't. If the RF line is exposed, for example through a connector, a low-cap ESD diode is recommended close to the connector. TPD1E0B04 is a good alternative.

Hi Francisco,
While we don't have an ESD protection device on our CC2530 reference design, you could use the ESD protection device we use on the CC1352P-4 device, found here:

Tamio,
There is no discussion at this time of passing TPS3701 for ESD testing IEC61000-4-2 standard. There are external ESD protection devices that can be added to the above circuit to pass IEC61000-4-2 standard.
An example of an ESD device you…
We don't do recommendations on how to do ESD protection on the board since this is a system level task. A design using a PCB antenna where no part of the PCB is exposed will require less ESD protection than a design where "everyone" can touch the design…
Hi,
After looking into this a bit, we have a few products that may be suitable. Please find the recommended parts below in the order described. Not all protections are available for the required breakdown voltages, such as EFT for the TPD4EUSB30

Mitch,
What interface is this device for?
We have the TPD4E02B04-Q1 that is a 4 channel automotive device that could fit. The single channel low cap devices automotive qualified are in our roadmap.
If you do not need auto qualified the TPD1E0B04…
