Part Number: TPD2S300 Hi Expert,
Do we know the substrate for the pin size(without ball)?
My customer can't do the via on pad(GND pin) on type 3 PCB, so they plan to reduce the footprint size for layout routing(0.23 to 0.22). Is there any side effect…
Hi Fred,
If the application needs low-resistance Vconn support (~1W), it is recommended to tie VM to the battery. See section 8.2.2.2.5 in the TPD2S300 datasheet for the explanation.
If low-resistance Vconn support is not needed, VM can be tied to LDO_3V3…
Part Number: TPD2S300 Hi Expert,
What is the different between place 2.7V~4.5V and 8.7V~22V on VM pin. If customer use TPD2S300 on the NB and they need the Vconn and deadbattery solution. should I recommend to operate in low resistance mode?
Part Number: TPD2S300 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD6S300 , Hello all,
In the datasheet for the TPD6S300 there is a section 9.2.2.5 detailing the FLT pin, where it mentions it passes the FLT signal to a PD controller or implies that the TPD6S300 can…
Part Number: TPD2S300 Hi Team,
The customer seeks solution for DP/DM (USB2 data), like NX20P0408(NXP).
1. Are there any problem if we use TPD2S300 prevent USB2 D+/D- short to Vbus?
2. If cannot use TPD2S300, do we have any other solution for D+/D- short…

Hi team,
I have a question about the TPD2S300.
I’m proposing the TPD2S300 to my customer, but they are concerned about the following two things.
Vconn current is smal…
