Hi Adrian,
When supplied from USB, there is no 0.9Vdc from VBGAP capacitor (C56). When on external supply there is 0.9Vdc, however USB port is not working.
Is there (U10 - TPD4E004 4-Channel ESD-Protection Array) USB protection issue?
