Part Number: TPD4E05U06 Hi,
I'm using TPD4E05U06 TVS diode in a project.
D+ / D- pins can be swapped for easy layout routing? Every channel (pin) is individual. Right?
I couldn't see any recommendation about it in datasheet.
For this simulation I used a 200ps rise time which could explain the differences in the results.
The NC pins in our ESD devices are not connected to the internal circuitry of the device. The input and output come out of the same pin of the TPD4E05U06…

What are your thoughts on using the TPD4E05U06 for Micro SD Flash card slot protection? I see the TPD4E101 is usually recommended for this, but the customer is using TPD4E05U06…
Part Number: TPD4E05U06 Dear Technical Support Team,
Could you share the failure mode(open or short or drift) of TPD4E05U06DQAR?
There are some pins(D1+ / D1- / D2+ / D2-) and I'd like to know these failure mode.
Dear, support Team. We are designing TPD4E05U06 with our Japanese customers. We introduced the recommended footprint pattern in the data sheet. Japanese assembly manufacturers may not have the ability to design fine patterns. Please tell us a US design maker…
