By the way, Can I use TPD4S201 https://www.ti.com/product/TPD4S201#design-tools-simulation instead of TPD4S480 with TPS26750 without using the EPR mode. Up to 20V sink/source.

1- All VBUS (32, 33) and VBUS_IN (23,24,25) pins should be tied together. This is most likely the reason why the power path is not enabled.
