I have read the User'sGuide.However,I was unable to access 「interconnect_studio.itg.ti.com.」

I see, and yes that is the problem.
I followed the directions within the EVM users manuals, It shows this jumper removed in a few instances.
I suggest you modify the 2 guides to show it in place so others have a good out-of-box experience.
