Hi Danilo,
TPS25200-Q1 device minimum current limit is 85mA. Upto this range we guarantee current limit accuracy and also test it and mention in datasheet. If they set current limit below 85mA,then they have to verify this on their system. Let me know…

[Question] They are considering adding TPS25200-Q1 to their board…
Hi Yokota-san,
TPS25200-Q1 is able to serve the load currents. But, it is not recommended to raise the reference GND potential. Can you please let me know the purpose of shifting the GND voltage level ? By doing so, what the customer is trying to achieve…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25200 Can the TPS25200 tolerate a short-to-Vbat(12V) on the OUT pin? From what I can tell from the datasheet, I suspect it cannot.
Do we have similar devices that can limit current to <100mA? This is for an automotive…
MiHai,
Does your customer require Q100 parts ?
If so, your options are the LM5060-Q1, LM74610, and the LM5050-Q1. There are apps for both these parts to provide protection in a ISO 7637 Environment. The particulars of the customer application will determine…
