Part Number: TPS2544 The USB eyes waveform will be fail when we used the TPS2544 on our MB. And if remove it, the result is pass. Please check the attachment to get the waveform.
The USB signal Line length is 2840Mils on our mother board, and…
Part Number: TPS2544
My customer uses TPS2544 in their MB. When the MB states goes from S0 to S3, S4 or S5, we would switch the TPS2544 work mode from CDP (1111) to SDP1 (0101/0), and this action have done in the process of entering S3, S4 or S5.…

Part Number: TPS2544 Hi expert,
My customer has a question on TPS2544 mode changing. They now connect VBUS with another device. VBUS will drop since mode will be changed from S0_CDP to S3_DCP_auto and will effect this device operation .
So they now want…
Part Number: TPS2544 Dear Team,
I want to know the behavior of the FAULT pin. What kind of situation will drive FAULT to low?
From the datasheet, I think over-current condition and the fist sensor should include all the conditions, am I right?
I don't…
Part Number: TPS2544 Dear Team,
Can TPS2544 meet below Intel KBL-U requirement for USB2.0 with BC1.2 ?
If yes, could I know the insertion loss @240Mhz of D+/D- in TPS2544?
So that we can estimate the USB D+/D- layout trace from KBL-U to TPS2544 is too…
Part Number: TPS2544 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2546 Dear Team,
So far we found that TPS2544's VBUS will drop about 2 second and then go up again as below figure when it connects with Apple product. Ex: Iphone SE, Iphone 7.
Is it related…
Part Number: TPS2544 Hi,
I'm planning to use the TPS2544 as a DCP controller (no CDP). I prefer this chip to other options since it changes between modes automatically, even between Divider1 and Divider2. Since I wont be using pins 2 and 3, respectively…
HI,
1. did you connect a host controller ?
2. improve the DC/DC voltage to 5.2V to see whether the charging current will surpass 500mA.
3. Please double check the CTL1, CTL2, CTL3 and ILIM_SEL is high.
