Part Number: TPS3823 Hello guys,
One of my customers uses TPS3823-50DBVT for their current mass-production.
Recently, they received PCN(PCN# 20230830002.3) which says TPS3823-50DBVT will be EOL. (TPS3823-50DBVR will be not EOL) At this moment, they have…

Standard is SIEMENSE SN29500-2.

I'm trying to understand a spec in the datasheet, and it seems to be contradictory.
Basically, it's how low a voltage will this chip work and keep my MCU's reset pin asserted.
The way this is spec'd it says down to VDD=0.4V (based on the…
Hi Jimmy,
Really appreciate the clarification, the TPS3823-33QDBVRQ1 is an option to consider. However I would recommend the customer to also look at our latest watchdog device such as the TPS3851-Q1 . Hope this helps, else please let us know what else you…
Part Number: TPS3823
There is an abnormal behavior on our circuit, and the phenomenon is not easy to reproduce。
Currently we set WDI to high-impedance , we purpose to disable the WDI timer from our system.
I found the problem of adding capacitors in…
Shinji,
Does Vsense monitor only undervoltage? If so, I think TPS3851-Q1 is the correct device as this is undervoltage monitor with standard watchdog.. This will require external resistor divider on VDD because there is no fixed threshold for TPS3851…
Nicola,
There is no way to disable TPS3813-Q1 unfortunately. TPS3850, TPS3851 or TPS382x family (TPS3820, TPS3823, TPS3828, TPS3824) will work or the devices you mentioned in the app note will work.

It appears that the TPS3825-50QDBVRQ1 is obsolete. Can you please provide me with the closest match to this device?
Thanks!
