Part Number: TPS51397A Hi
Could you please tell me does the EN port have an internal pull down?
I find the following comment in the datasheet(JAJSJP3A).
"Ien : Enable internal pull down current"
Part Number: TPS51397A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN51395 , TPS51395 , Hi Sir,
My customer used SN51395 and TPS51395/TPS51397A co-layout, but found 19/10137 fail rate.
We found Pin2,3,4,5(Vin) and Pin6,19,20(SW) short to GND.
But it only found in SN51395…
Part Number: TPS51397A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51362 Hi,
Does TI have better efficiency buck converter for Vin19V Vout 1V/10A?
I have test TPS51397A EVM only ~77% e fficiency.
I have found LM61495 and TPS51362 can support this in/out application…
Part Number: TPS51397A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51362 Hi team,
We are evaluating TPS51397A to replace TPS51362. According to datasheet, VFB accuracies are provided as below.
TPS51362: ±1.0% (-10°C to 85°C)
TPS51397A: ±1.0% (25…

Part Number: TPS51397A Hello all,
In table 5-1 of the TPS51397A datasheet, the VCC pin is clearly defined as the output of an internal LDO, with a recommended 1µF decoupling.
But, in chapters 6.1 and 6.3, VCC is listed among the inputs.
Is it p…
Part Number: TPS51397A Dear TI Team,
We are using TPS51397ARJER part in our design and we are seeing voltage is being dropped while running high workload.
Below is the scope shot of one of the power plane which derived from this power regulator output…
