Part Number: TPS62140 Hi,
We tested TPS62140EVM with input voltage 17V and got the waveform as below.
We didn't know why the input voltage becomes up to 20V. And it becomes unstable.

Hi, I'm creating my custom PCB using the TPS62132RGTR.
In the SLVU437A (TPS62130EVM-505, TPS62140EVM-505, and TPS62150EVM-505 Evaluation…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62140EVM-505 Our team is using two TPS62140s as main power regulators on our board to step down the voltage from a higher voltage to 3.3 and 5V. We followed TPS62140EVM-505's PCB layout and the same parts for our boards…
Ramgopal,
Your assessment of the bulk decoupling required is correct. You must calculate the required amount and validate it. The Hardware Design Guide (SPRABI2) discusses this calculation.
This bulk capacitance will affect the control loop on the…
SI,
Please see the attached presentation. It was originally prepared for the LM10010 which was later superceded by the LM10011 which has higher precision. Please also see the many E2E posts discussing the LM10011 and TPS56121 with C667x and C665x. …
tps62133.pdf Thanks for your support John. So sad to know there is no way to be informed when this type of changes happen!
Hi Chris,
Attached is the datasheet. I hope to have attached it correctly. Page 37 shows the old package drawing.
If you can…
