If DVDD3318_A, DVDD3318_B, or DVDD3318_C exceed STATIC 1.8V by more than 2V, can this damage the chip, or just cause a malfunction? This will not be a problem on power-up, but on power-down the decay of the supplies depends on how much power is drawn…
Note also that on DM814x TI EVM, the main PMIC (TPS659113) enables additional chip TPS62353, and this TPS62353 chip is controlling the CVDD_HDVICP voltage. The TPS62353 chip is configured by I2C0 pins.
