Part Number: TPS62360 How does the price of a regulator with I2C interface compare with similar resistor feedback part? Does having I2C interface control add to the cost of the IC and if so by how much?
Part Number: TMDSIDK437X Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62362 , TPS386000 , TPS386040 , TPS62360 Hi Ti
For discrete power design, we found TPS386000&TPS62362 all are out of stock.
AND
TPS386000 is P2P with TPS386040
TPS62362 is P2P with TPS62360…
Part Number: TPS62360 Dear Sir
Our team have order TPS62360YZHR qty 2,500 pcs from TI online store .

order # 1870994
We got shipment with old date code below
Qty 2,460 pcs date code DEC-2011 …
Thank you for your question.
There is no limit on the Cout due to the discharge. It is a resistive discharge that is robust; it is not a constant time discharge. More Cout will just mean a longer discharge time.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62360 Hi,
TPS62360(YZH package)'s pad-to-pad distance is only 0.5mm, and it is impossible to route middle pads out without using via-in-pad technique.
We have also checked the EVM design, and it is very clear…
You are correct. This is entirely dependent on your particular layout of the power supply and of your sensitive signals (how sensitive they are).
I think with 2 GND layers and a good layout of the TPS62360, you will not have any issues.
Additionally, if the load of TPS62360 is small (~ 2 00mA), and is of very low frequency, would we have more liberty in the layout?
Asking this because there seems to be so many restrictions in the "PCB Layout" section.

Hello,
According to DS SLVSAU9C p.22 “enabling and disabling the device”:
" The I2C interface is operable when VDD and AVIN are present, regardless of the state of the EN pin ."
Therefore it seems tempting to use I2C for enabling/disabling the device…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62360 Hi,
Is there a need to sequence the VDD pin and the VIN/AVIN pin for correct operation of the IC?
For example if I need 0.7V output, should the VDD and programming of the IC be done before applying the Vin…
