Part Number: TPSM5D1806 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65279 Hi,
Section 7.3.3 of the datasheet for TPSM5D1806 talks about minimum recommended input voltages for various switching frequencies, but it doesn't say what happens if the recommended…

I have a high-power 6V-18V power source, and will be knocking it down to 5V with a TI TPS65279, which will introduce a ripple at 500kHz (which I will endeavor…
Hi, Kay
TPS65270 can compete MP2223.
Besides,
For larger loading and 2 channels, there are TPS65273V, TPS65276V, TPS65279.
And there are 3 channels devices, TPS65261, TPS65263, TPS65265.
The TPS65279 is only rated for an input voltage of 18V unfortunately, and our supply is 24V. That would have been a better solution, otherwise.
Other than the method of using ballast resistors, I'm not sure of a better way of achieving my intended…
Part Number: MSP432P401R I am building a multifunction board, coordinated by an MSP432P401R, with a 6V-18V power input (from a battery or wall wart). I am trying to figure out the part of the voltage regulation circuit on this board that is needed to…
