I was reading the datasheet and I saw Figure 4. showed input was 3V.
tPTHL than was measured from 3V to -3V.
If the input is 3.3V or 5V, should the tPTHL be measured from 3V to -3V also?

When replacing SP3232E with TRS3232E in customer board by welding, it can't commnicate successfully.
