I saw each RIN have an internal 5k Ohm resistor to GND in datasheet.
Are they really internal pull-down resistors?
I worry about if those internal 5k Ohm resistors will conflict with external 100k Ohm pull-up resistors…

Do you have any idea if the devices were functional before you began testing them? The last thing I can think of is some kind of damage when the parts were being populated…
