You can also use the TRS3232E (which is identical) or the faster TRSF3232E.
(The MAX3232E-Q1 is available only in the TSSOP package, which is currently available for the MAX3232E.)
The MAX3232E and TRS3232E are replacements for the MAX3232ESE. The SN65C3232E and TRSF3232E are replacements with1 Mbps support; the TRSF is more modern.
