The TS12A4451x (TS12A44513/4/5) share the same function table you shared above. When "IN" is Low, NC TO COM or COM TO NC is enabled and when "IN" is High, NO TO COM or COM TO NO path is enabled.

Have you considered an Analog Switch?
A DIP switch is usually SPST, single pole single throw.
TI has many Analog Switches that serve to replace DIP switches.
This one is SPST, 4 switches per package.

If you are looking at isolating in a DC sense than you can look at the off state leakage current. Using the TI.com switch selection tool I have found TS12A44513 that specifies low off-state leakage current.

I didn't see that information in the CD74HCT4066 or CD74HCT4066 datasheet.
Another way the crosstalk from the digital control pin is specified as charge injection. TS12A44513 looks like a device above that has low charge injection.
