Yes, the TS3DV520 can be used to switch 5 groups of LVDS signals.
The difference between the TS3DV520 and the TS3DV520E is the TS3DV520E has enhanced ESD protection, a tradeoff which can be seen in the dynamic characteristics of the datasheet.
