Is TS3L500AE LED port able to use as signal line? My customer inputs 27MHz clock signal to TS3L500AE LED port.

Because the ic doesn't support negative voltage levels. It is possible there will need to be some sort of DC biasing on the bus.

TS3L500 is capable of 1000 Base-T Ethernet switching (16 bit to 8 bits).
If you are interested, TS3L500AE is a similar device with additional ESD protection.
