Have you looked at the TS5A26542 - it has very low RON of 0.5 Ohm (typ) and supports current upto 450mA.

The TS3AXXXX devices will not be suitable for you application because these are 3V supply switches. The TSXXXXXX family of products has the first number as the voltage supply so you will need to find a TS5XXXXX device support your 5V supply…
