Hi Farzad,
The PAL/NTSC signals need to have a DC offset so the signal does not go negative.
The TS5A3357-Q1 switch is designed to only pass the positive signal (including PAL/NTSC) . See details in the specs below from the TS5A3357-Q1 datasheet.
