    Part Number: TS5A4597 Hello, The nominal 25C bandwidth for the TS5A4597 is 450MHz. The customer is looking to pass a 125MHz signal and is asking to verify if we have bandwidth data over temperature for the product.

    Michael, I'm not familiar with negative logic but I think you are asking for a device that will be low impedance when the control logic signal is low. What do you think about the TS5A4597 or TS5A3167? What are you connecting to either side…

    Marko, The ULN2003LV would be the lowest cost solution, but it may not be fast enough. You could try using analog switches with one side of the switch connected to ground. I attached a list of SPST switches that have an on/off time less than 18nS…
