Not like some analog devices which has Power On Reset (POR) circuit inside the device. TSB12LV32-EP is pure digital device, design recommend there is 1ms needed to reset the part.

I do not have the specification timing of the busy bits in relation to an MCU write/read access. The MCU needs to poll these bits before writing to the corresponding byte.
