The TVS3300 is a unidirectional device, so I would position the TVS3301 which is bidirectional like the SMBJ33CA.

We do do not have a P2P replacement for the SMA6J33CA. The only functionally equivalent device would be the TVS3301, but this is not a P2P replacement.
