Hi,
External driver IC is available, such as
UCC27517A-Q1 Single-Channel High-Speed Low-Side Gate Driver with Negative Input Voltage Capability (with 4-A Peak Source and Sink) datasheet (Rev. B)
For high voltage startup circuit, you can refer to the below…
Part Number: UCC27517A-Q1 Dear, Sir.
My customer is considering to apply UCC27517A-Q1 for their automotive system.
Now, they are cheking the capability against reverse battery.
Before, they faced a trouble on other supplier's product such as;

Hi, everyone. I use gate driver have some questions need to help. Below design often used to driving BLDC. The bootstrap Cap and diode are used to supplying the voltage to High-side…
Part Number: UCC27517A Hi,
Using UCC27517A to drive Low side Mosfet in our BMS system.
Have a Current Sense Resistor between Mosfet Source to battery ground. Battery ground is all digital logic ground.
For UCC27517A, as per my understanding, I should connect…
Part Number: UCC27517A-Q1 Hi AC/DC Team
I want to design RC Filter circuit in IN+ input line because PWM noise as a blow
input spec: 12V, 500Khz, Vp-p: 0 ~ 5V
Do you recommend R1 value range and C18 value?
Thanks
Best Regards
Gerald
Hi Arghya,
Thanks for reaching out to TI.
We currently do not have a SIMPLIS model currently for this device. Is there a limitation to using the PSPICE model?
Additionally, I do also want to mention that we do have an "A" variant in the UCC27517A that…

Some MOSFET has drive source and power source. How do I connect the driver with the MOSFET.
Like Infineon IPDQ60R010S7, the part has power source and drive source.
Normally…
Part Number: UCC27517A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 In a low-side MOSFET switching application with an inductive load, is there a requirement to protect the gate / gate driver from transients coming back through the MOSFET drain-gate capacitance…
As shown in section 6.3, the highest AHCT supply voltage would be 5.5 V.
To convert to a voltage higher than nominally 5 V, you need a CD4000 device like the CD40109B-Q1, or a gate driver like the UCC27517A-Q1.
