Hi Carlos, Yes, the UCC5310 can be used as you have shown in your application. Is there a reason you chose an IGBT? What is the voltage rating of the battery that you are using? regards, Mateo
Part Number: UCC5310 Hi Team,
Do you have any app note describing Miller clamp feature? I especially want to know following two points.
1. What is Miller clamp?
2. how does our Miller clamp function work?

Hi Hac Le,
I don't think the DS90LV027ATMX is necessary. A gate driver is not a 5G modem. You can usually get away with just using a 100 ohm 1nF filter on the input to the UCC23514.
However, you can use a gate driver with a higher voltage input range…
Part Number: UCC5310 Good morning,
I'm new in isolated gate driver fileds, so I'm sorry for this trivial qeustion: is it possible to use an isolated gate driver, like the UCC5310, for permanently switching on an high side n-MOS?
I'm looking for…
Hi, Marc,
As long as the power supplies on the input side are the same voltage for both chips, you should be okay. Both chips use logic threshold levels that are a percentage of the power supply voltage.

Part Number: UCC5310 Hi
I have some question about Cvcc2.
On the datasheet, the tantalum capacitor(>10uF) is recommended if the bias power supply output is located a long distance from VCC2.
However for Vcc1 it is recommended 1uF. Why the large capacitor…
Part Number: UCC5310 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21520 Hi, I wonder what's the difference between UCC53XX and ISO58/54xx isolated gate driver?
I have some digital power customer making large AC/DC and DC/DC power module, and isolated MOSFET…
Part Number: UCC5310 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC5320 Hello guys,
One of our customer is considering using UCC5310 for their next products. They want to know the answers of the following questions. Could you please give me your answers?
1. What…
Part Number: TMS320F28379D Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC5310 Dear TI team,
We're using TMS320F28379DPTPT (HLQFP package). ePWM pin (100 kHz frequency) is input to gate driver which has RC filter (50 ohms and 1 nF). In this case current being sourced…
