Part Number: TMS320C6678 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD74120 , UCD7242 , , TCI6636K2H Hi,
I am using TMS320C6678 processor. The variable core voltage CVDD is consuming around 15A. Since UCD7242 has a 10A limitation, we have used UCD74120 as shown in…
Part Number: 66AK2H06 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD74120 , UCD7242 Hi, I have a customer who is designing 66AK2H06 custom board. He is using EVM2K as a reference (see below power block).
Q1) There are two UCD74120 ICs used for CVDD (ARM and DSP…
Part Number: UCD9244-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD74120 , Hi,
I'm using UCD9244EP and UCD74120 to power the variable CVDD rails of two TMS3206678 DSPs.
I'm using the DCR method to generate the current sense voltage in UCD74120.
[1] Is…
Part Number: UCD9244 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C6678 , UCD74120 , UCD7242 This is a continuation of a previous post "UCD9244: over-current fault".
I am using a UCD9244 in combination with two UCD74120 and a UCD7242 to supply two TMS320C6678…
Thomas,
Please refer to the CSD86350q5d datasheet, the UCD74120 is a multi-chip device which uses the same mosfets as the CSD86350Q5D.
The Rsdon of the UCD74120 is slightly different due to the packaging but the gate charge, etc. should be consistent…
I can now give the following measurements that I have taken on this board.
DPWM1A output is 0 to 4V . 60nseconds on 1300nseconds off.
The UCD74120's SW output is 0 to 14V, 50-60 nseconds on, 1300 nseconds off.
Filtered output (after inductors, etc…
Part Number: UCD7242 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD74120 , PTD08D210W Hi, Team,
My customer found some issue with the FLT signal with UCD7242 in PTD08D210 module. Customer designed the SCH with the reference design from the xilinx KC705's SDK. They…
Part Number: UCD74111 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD74120 , All,
Please confirm the size resistor that should be used for AVGG. I see it is recommended between 1 and 2 ohms however what wattage value? I found this used on a schematic for the UCD74120…
Qian-
I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with this:
If SRE = PWM = 0, doesn't that turn off both FETs in CSD95372? Just like in UCD74120?
Thanks, Best, Steve
