    is this a new USB-to-GPIO dongle? maybe unplug and plug the usb cable or reboot your PC. you can install the Fusion digital power designer from www.ti.com and refer section 2.2 of www.ti.com/.../slvub51.pdf to download the FW. Regards Yihe
