Hello,
I use a Texas Instruments F28335 ControlCARD with CCS v5. I've configured everything in Matlab to create C-Code for the Controller.
Now, I want to use the External Mode over Serial Communication (USB). There is a good help in the Matlab Documentation…
Hello Ryu,
I have heard back, and they are working on getting the PDF back up online. For convenience, here it is directly:

Chen xiansheng,
Please use a JFET with pinch-off voltage less than -3V @ 10uA. It sounds like you are doing that, since it is regulating well at 3.3V. But, you should verify that the 3.3V VCC is stable during various modes of operation.
Please review…
Hi team,
I have a customer that is having an issue with their bq20z655:
The CE pin and CHG FET & DSG FET flags (This problem seems to happen for every part tested) I have set the Chg Inhibit Threshold to 400mA with a 2 second Hold Time. The part…
Hi,
Please see above: The pack has cell imbalance issue and the actual cycles count is reach 385 before it could not consistently hold charge. our target is get into 450 cycles count. What are the scenarios to cause cell imbalance with this chip?

I’m having some issues with SMBus communication between the bq20Z45 and my Linear LTC4100 charger. When I connect the battery to my charger eval card, I observed a fair number of bq20z45-mastered transactions targeting the charger which were no-acked…
Hi Paul,
Please review the description below. Below, we discuss the background on cable fault detection and then how we can fine tune the cable fault detection.
Background:
The LMH0307/3 termination fault detection was never designed to be precise;…
Hello:
I've been searching the forums for more information on our particular situation.
Essentially, we want to be able to upgrade the BQ27425G1 chips we have to BQ27425G2 versions. For this we need a .senc file I believe. Where is the .senc file…
Anyone,
we are using TI's EVM board for both charger and monitor. The battery pack thermistor is directly connected to the gas gauge and is reading correctly (22degC). We verify that the voltage and current are all calibrated so that the gas gauge…
