Part Number: SN74LV123A-Q1 Team,
My customer wants to use SN74LV123A-Q1. They (and I) know that the Q1 extension means “AEC-Q100”. However, other than with several other TI datasheets, the SN74LV123A-Q1 datasheet does not explicitly mention “AEC-Q100…

Dear Sirs or Madams,
Please let me know what signals will be outputted from Q and Q~ pins
on the condition that the input pins are configured as CLR~=High, A~=Low, B=High.
Here, please consider the situation that the…
Part Number: SN74LV123A-Q1 Team,
There is no mention of the Q pin state during power-up. The non-Q100 device's datasheet does mention that Q is low and Q-bar high, so I'm assuming this will be the same -- please confirm.
Thanks,
Fabio
Part Number: SN74LV123A-Q1 Hi, team.
Do you have a data of quiescent current by 3.3V of SN74LV123A-Q1?
There is only Max value by the 5.5V in a datasheet.
Best Regards,
Hi,
I designed a circuit in Tina by using SN74LV123A monostable multivibrator. In this design I expect 50ms tw at the output pin(Q) of SN74LV123A . According to tw=K*R*C formula I used 50k resistor and 1u capacitor to obtain 50ms tw at the output. But…
Kuramochi-san,
It looks like the model your customer is using is not the most recent version.
The model that is now in the product folder is version 1.2 and was released Dec. 2014. It has the following information in the netlist header:
** Released…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , SN74LV123A Hi
We used SN74LV123A spice model in TINA-TI to confirm the impact of output load C.
We thought the larger current flows if the output load capacitor is larger, but the output current seems…
