Part Number: TPS7A44 Hello,
I was looking at the datasheet for this LDO, and was wondering what the exact purpose of the MID_OUT voltage pin is. Under what conditions can this pin be left grounded if unused? Looking to connected OUT pin to a Power over…
Part Number: TPS7A44 Hi,
I want to review the schematic of MPN - TPS7A4450DGQR.
My Requirements are as follows:
Battery Input - 6-36V
Output - 5V, 25mA
Load Dump Case (65V) & Transient pulse also comes at the Input
The Input Voltage goes…
Part Number: TPS7A44 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A43 Hi LDO team,
I would like to learn if below GPNs support bypass cuicuit.
-TPS7A44
-TPS7A43
Bypass means when Vin < set Vout, Vout will follow Vin as long as it is above the Vin…
Part Number: TPS7A44 Hi,
I designed a circuit with the TPS7A4433DGQR (3,3V fixed output.).
When the input Voltage is 20V I can draw up to 12mA on the 3.3V output before the Outputvoltage gets big bumps and soon breaks down. At 60V input I can draw…
Part Number: TPS7A4101 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A44 , TPS7A30 , LM1085 Dear Team,
Do we have any LDO solution can meet the spec as below?
Vin=48
Vout/Iout= 28V(2A), 5V(30mA), -7.5(10mA), -3.4(10mA)
Many Thanks,
Jimmy
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A43 , TPS7A44 Dear team,
PTPS7A4350DGQR is out of stoke. What are our most updated alternatives to this device?
Thanks,
Oded
Hi Suraj,
While it would not be as efficient, you could clamp it externally with a Zener diode. The most efficient way to do this is with the TPS7A44 . This is a 65V tolerant ultra-low Iq regulator.
Part Number: TPS7A16 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A44 Hello,
I would like to check with you about a p2p alternatives for the following PN :
TPS7A1650QDGNRQ1 (the TPS7A16 parts family)
This is for future usage and currently it doesn’t…
