TUSB8041 only support USB3.0, but TUSB8041A and above can support USB3.1 Gen 1.

TUSB7340 is the best solution for PCIe to USB. You can use USB Hubs like TUSB8041A or TUSB8044A on the downstream ports on of TUSB7340 to extend number of ports to 8.
