I am using TIDA010031 for speed control of 2 pole 1 lakh rpm motor. In the technical data sheet of TIDA010031 it is specified that it possible to run upto 1 lakh rpm and it is proved upto 80Krpm. But while testing I got only 70 Krpm. I tried changing pwm period, pwm threshold value still the max rpm is only 70k . Kindly suggest a method to increase rpm further. Also I tried to change PWM mode to 1XPWM but it does not work.
