Hi Saikrishna,
The QNX SDK supports the Berkley Packet Filter functionality as per the following links:
http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/6.4.1/io-pkt_en/user_guide/filtering.html
Regarding hardware timestamping, there are multiple hardware options on the DRA7xx. Without further details, initial recommendation would be to stick with the QNX provided APIs as per http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/660/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.qnx.doc.neutrino.prog%2Ftopic%2Ftiming.html.

Hii KB,
Thanks for your reply. I have used CPTS driver for getting the hardware timestamping in LINUX for PTP (Precision Time Protocol). While porting to QNX suggest me how to transceive raw ethernet frames with hardware timestamping which I achieved using sockaddr_ll structure in LINUX.
