TDA3: xi_osc0 signal for Power Sequencing

Hi, Everyone

I have a question about Power-Up Sequencing for TDA3x.

Power Sequencing is described about xi_osc0 signal in DM below:

I understand this red circle of xi_osc0 high signal is stable time for Crystal.
This understanding is correct ?

In the red circle clock is inactive.

Upon oscillator power-up (vdda_osc voltage stable), oscillator is starting.

At the end of red circle oscillator must be stable.

After that reset must stay asserted few more clock cycles as described in note 8.
