Where is wrong with error of "ti81xx_interrupt 1146: VBUS error workaround"

The message means the USB VBUS is dropped below valid threshold.

Please provide more info, what device? what sdk/kernel version? do you see the message from the first time after ported kernel to the board or after software change? Please provide the usb portion of your schematics.

Yes.

I use a Header1x3 between power with USB PMIC (TPS2051BD),

I forgot to conect power to USB PMIC with jump,so the output of  VBUS is 0V.

another problem is what is the different between TPS2051BD and TPS2051 (DGN) ? Is there another IC ?

The problem happened just because of my misoperation,

In my board,i used a Header1x3 between power with USB PMIC (TPS2051BD),

I forgot to conect power to USB PMIC with jump,so the output of  VBUS is 0V.

After i connected power to USB PMIC with jump,the problem was fixed.

I did not find out TPS2051 (DGN) in www.ti.com.

so i don't know the different between TPS2051BD and TPS2051 (DGN),you can ask for help from TI 's AFE.

by the way,TPS2051BD is in NRND(Not Recommended for New Designs).
