Can the ESD-HBM and ESD-CDM values be applied to all terminals?

The JEDEC Standard should explain that these values are the worst case.

Hi Daisuke,

AM335X ESD performance is given in the AM335X Datasheet, Rev. F, Table 3-1. Check also Notes 11 and 12 below the table.

I have mentioned the values in the datasheet.

Can the ESD-HBM and ESD-CDM values in the datasheet be applied to all terminals?

I think so, yes. No exclusions are mentioned there.
