We have a custom AM335x CPU board with the same PMIC as on the EVM. Is there any way to use that PMIC so a software hook can be triggered if the power is going down? Would like to log power fail situations.

Hi Sean,
The TPS65217 STATUS register holds information and INT register can be used for generating an interrupt to the processor. However you will need to have a battery in the system in order to be able to process this information.
