Configuring SItara AM3358 Processor with PCI Local Bridge

I am designing PCI Add-on card with interfaces like RS-422, Gigabit Ethernet etc.. i want to use PCI to Local Bridge PCI-9054 in Direct slave mode for converting the multiplexed PCI data into De-multiplexed data, I want to use SItara AM3358 Processor instead of CPLD/FPGA for interfacing PCI and generation of SRAM controller, Arbiter logic &chip selects, can i use processor for interfacing PCI Bridge in Direct slave mode, can any  one you provide reference designs for interfacing PCI with Processor
