Problem building the TI SDK 02.00.01.07

Hello,

I am following the instructions on how to build the SDK from the
page Processor SDK Building The SDK

I successfully followed all the steps up until the command

$ MACHINE=am57xx-evm bitbake arago-core-tisdk-image

It builds about 1600 packages and then it hits an error when compiling the ti-llvm3 package. I have uploaded the compile log here.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hello Rafael,

I've successfully build the whole TI SDK 02.00.01.07 on my host machine and ti-llvm3.6 on a VM. I would like to suggest you to either try to build in another machine or try to find why you get this undefined reference to `llvm::createARMISelDag(llvm::ARMBaseTargetMachine&, llvm::CodeGenOpt::Level)' in ARMTargetMachine.cpp.

The problem, it turned out, was caused because I used CCS6.1.2.00015_linux.tar.gz, instead of the older version CCS6.1.1.00022_linux.tar.gz, when I first tried to build the SDK. The unpacking of the new version broke something. I just tried again using the right tar ball, but the source tree was already broken.

I start from scratch and ti-llvm3.6 built without issues.
