I tried to follow the steps of "AM437x Industrial Development Kit for Industrial Automation".
I finished all the step as you seen in here : http://processors.wiki.ti.com/images/6/62/AM335x_ICE_QSG.pdf
(actually this website is not exactly what I used, but steps are same)
- Copy sdk\examples\ethercat\esi\TiEtherCATLib.xml to :\TwinCAT\Io\EtherCAT folder.
- Go to Options > Show Real Time Ethernet Compatible Devices and install the RT Ethernet Adapter connected to the ICE.
- Go to I/O – Confi guration > I/O Devices – right click and select Scan Device. You will see a list of Ethernet adapters on your system, with a tick next to the adapter connected to the ICE. Choose OK. Device n (EtherCAT) will be added to I/O devices.
However, after scan for boxes like shown below, there is no BOX n(TIESC-001).
Only thing I can see is Inputs and Outputs like the picture.
Which additional steps are needed for me to operate the LED.
Is there any alternatives to make boxes and give signal to control LED in this situation?
