AM335x CPSW configuration in Linux

Hi,

I don't quite understand the CPSW document (link below), in particular the 'Switch Config Commands' section

processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_CPSW_(Ethernet)_Driver's_Guide

For example, if I want to add 'CONFIG_SWITCH_ADD_UNICAST'. Does it mean I need to write a small c++ program and run it during the startup of kernel? or it's part of U-BOOT? or something else? sorry it wasn't clear to me. Could someone help please. Thanks.

Thanks Biser,

Sorry I just need to clarify in the section 'Switch Config Commands',

Does it mean if I want to configure the CPSW driver to for example 'CONFIG_SWITCH_DEL_VLAN' to remove VLAN 0 from all the packages sent by eth0, I will need to write some code, compile and run it during the start up of the kernel? Sorry I am just confused I just wanted to have all the packages sent out from eth0 without the vlan 0 tag.
