AM437x: u-boot patch to move console from UART0 to UART1

Hi,

is there an existing patch that would move the console from UART0 to UART1 in u-boot (we are using 2015.07, but anything current is fine)

Just as a reference point there is a really old patch for example here

Just wanted to check if we had anything more current.

Hi Gunter,

I was not able to find a ready to use patch in the ti git repositories I know.

Basically you need to define the uart you want to use in the include/configs/am437x_evm.h file. Add the pinmux settings & enable the uart in board.c file. You could use the beaglebone patch you provided above as a reference & adapt to your use case.
