Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM5708, OMAP3530
Can someone provide documentation similar to the below that depicts how to escape route the AM5706/AM5708 SOCs with conventional technology on 4 layers (preferably)? See http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprab13a/sprab13a.pdf and http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraav6b/spraav6b.pdf .
The OMAP3530 uses a very similar Package as the AM570x, so it seems logical that the same methodology would work for the AM570x. One can try to apply the concepts in the OMAP escape routing documentation to the AM570x, however the concern is that one wrong ball breakout will cause it not to completely route out, somewhat like a Rubix’s Cube.
