Would you please advise where I may be able to find information on the secure boot feature of the AM335x?

Ideally an application note or similar on how to configure and use this feature from a bootloader perspective.

Secure boot is available only for HS devices. See this document for more information:

Hi

Thank you for your response and the PDF. Would you please clarify which AM335x devices are classed as "HS"? We are using both 800MHz and 1GHz AM3352

From the PDF there is a comment "TI provides evaluation modules (EVMs), software development kits (SDKs), tools and documentation to showcase the generation of keys and procedure to provision booting keys into the device. These collaterals are designed for early evaluation of key provisioning and support customers to transition from development to volume production."

Would you please advise where to find this collateral?

You should contact your nearest TI representative for further information. HS devices cannot be discussed on a public forum beyond what I already posted.
