Hi, I'm using a board customized from IDK board.

I succeeded XIP boot, without DDR, but I want to use QSPI flash in mt application.

In sprac45.pdf, QSPI is not activaed by application code.

How can I activate QSPI flash in application code?

You can download the latest Processor SDK RTOS for AM437x http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/AM437X/latest/index_FDS.html. Then look at the SPI driver examples under \ti\driver\spi to see how an application enable and test QSPI interface. The Wiki is

It looks like you are trying to develop a DDRless system and want to use external memory using QSPI interface as described in the app Note.

In order to do so, the important step is to create a Platform definition as described in section 4.1.2 of the app note. Since you booted from QSPI, you don`t need to re-initialize the QSPI flash in your board initialization as specified in 4.2.2. Since QSPI is configured in direct addressing mode, you can access the flash using 64MB address space starting at 0x30000000. Refer TRM section 2.1.1.
