A9 on AM437x is 1*0.3*1.0 GHz (assuming 1 GHz) is 0.0003 Weighted TeraFLOPS

with the assumption that VFP is a non-vector processing unit (based on the official definition in the Practitioner’s Guide) so using the 0.3 scale factor.
